Eggs can fall from the host into bedding, carpets and other surrounding areas, where they may hatch over the following days.
Larva
Larvae move into protected areas and can develop deep in fibers, cracks and quiet spaces around the home.
Pupa
Larvae form a cocoon. This protected stage can remain hidden and emerge later when conditions are right.
Adult
Adult fleas emerge, find a host and can begin the cycle again by producing new eggs.

Bedding, dog beds, carpets, rugs, sofas, blankets and any furniture your dog regularly rests on.
How much
A light, even coating is enough — saturating the surface isn't necessary and burns through the bottle faster than it needs to.
Drying time
Keep pets out of the room for about 20 minutes while it air-dries before they resume normal use of the space.
