ORDER PROCESSING:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days using your local carrier. A flat shipping rate applies to all orders unless you unlock free shipping.
Optional: We currently do not ship to Africa and South America.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to all countries.

At this time, we do not ship to Africa and South America.

Estimated delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches the destination country. FurSure is not responsible for these charges — they are your responsibility as the customer.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at help@tryfursure.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually, but we’ll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
